“This was a great property just west of the main part of Estes Park and very close to one of the entrances to RMNP. Fall River flows directly in front of the property. The property is very quiet and because it’s not a large property, it wasn’t hard to find a parking spot. The unit itself was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to do any cooking. I would stay here again. ”

“The cabin was located in a beautiful area and we loved the screened in porch and how close it was to the RMNP entrance. We did end up finding mice droppings in the kitchen and bathroom on our last night there. We ended up staying elsewhere for the night due to concerns about cleanliness since we had our toddler with us. We are still waiting to hear back about a partial refund from the property.”

It would help if the name Fawn Chalet Lower was listed in the description as we had a hard time finding it We did check in an hour early, but thought the unit would be ready for us. Things were clearly missed. No soap or shampoo conditioner were filled in the bathroom. Dishes were in the dishwasher and towels in the dryer. They ask you to wash……

“I don’t even know where to start, because this cabin is absolutely amazing! It has everything you need to literally live here. It was super spotless and clean, featuring a full kitchen, tons of towels, two living rooms, a cozy fireplace, and a spacious balcony with stunning views 🌄. They also have a pool, though we didn’t get the chance to swim. Communication with the staff was easy, and the property was exactly as described on the page. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.……
